7-Day Returns & Replacements

We offer returns and replacements within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be intact

  • Unboxing video may be required in case of damage/defect claims

Requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.


Replacement Policy

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • A wrong product

You are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, a replacement will be shipped.


Return Policy (Change of Mind / Other Reasons)

If you wish to return a product for any other reason:

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be issued.


Refund Method

All approved returns will be refunded as store wallet credit.

  • Wallet credits do not expire

  • Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on our website

No bank refunds will be processed unless required by law.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product shows signs of usage

  • Packaging is damaged or missing

  • Request is raised after 7 days

  • Item was purchased during special clearance or final sale
