1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only.

International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Remote location access

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable locations in India.

For COD orders:

  • Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of future COD orders.

GreyLine Co. reserves the right to cancel COD orders at its discretion.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


7. Delivery Issues

If you experience:

  • Delay beyond expected timeline

  • Damaged packaging

  • Incorrect product delivery

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

GreyLine Co. is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.


9. Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • COD refusal

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Deduct shipping and handling costs

  • Restrict future COD access
